📅 Appointments & Deposits
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits go toward your service total.
• Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

Late Policy
• A 5 minute grace period is allowed. A $15 dollar late fee will be applied after 6 minutes
• Arrivals 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Late arrivals may receive a modified service to stay on schedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and 100% will be charged on the card on file
• Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
