π Appointments & Deposits
β’ A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
β’ Deposits go toward your service total.
β’ Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

Late Policy
β’ A 5 minute grace period is allowed. A $15 dollar late fee will be applied after 6 minutes
β’ Arrivals 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.
β’ Late arrivals may receive a modified service to stay on schedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
β’ Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
β’ Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and 100% will be charged on the card on file
β’ Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
